ABOUT US
Moss & Co. wasn’t born
in a business school.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Kellie Moss
Before Moss & Co., she was a founding team member early in her career, she helped grow a company from a single sponsorship into a multimillion-dollar business, building the systems, processes and financial foundation that supported its growth.
Her core belief is simple: most business chaos is not a problem of effort. It's a problem of structure, and structure can be fixed.
For over a decade, she was the back-office. That experience taught her something important. The difference between businesses that scale and businesses that stall almost always comes down to strong financials, clean operations and proactive compliance. Systems that don't depend on any one person to hold them together.
She founded Moss & Co. to give other founders what she wishes someone had given her along the way: a trusted partner who understands both the numbers and the operations, and can actually execute on both.
“VISIONARIES SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOCUS ON THE VISION. EVERYTHING ELSE IS OUR JOB.”
The Team Behind The Work.
The Team Behind The Work.
Moss & Co. was built to give growing businesses the kind of financial and operational support that usually takes years to build internally. What began as founder-led advisory has grown into an embedded team model. Today, our work is carried by a team with clear lanes, complementary strengths and shared accountability for helping clients protect what they have built and grow what comes next.

CPA | ADVISOR
Our strength is not just what we do. It’s how we work together. We balance vision with execution, relationships with accountability, innovation with discipline and strategy with practical action. That balance is what allows us to build long-term partnerships and create lasting value for the businesses we serve.
NOW THAT WE’RE INTRODUCED,
READY TO TALK?
What partnership actually means here.
We use the word "partnership" intentionally. It means we're invested in your outcomes, not just your deliverables. It means you have our numbers. It means when something unexpected comes up, a surprise audit, a payroll issue, a contract question at 6pm, you don't have to figure it out alone.
It also means we're honest. If something in your business needs to change, we'll tell you. If a financial decision you're considering carries real risk, you'll hear it from us before you hear it from your accountant in March.
